Condition: Gas Power: ~6 MW Suction Pressure: 52 bar Discharge pressure: 85 bar MW: 18 Required Condition: Gas Power: ~ 8,5 MW Suction Pressure: 41 bar Discharge pressure: 85 bar Mass Flow: ~270.000 Kg/hour MW: 18 -Outer casingn, nozzles, shall not be repülaced or modified -Bearings, Sealings (DGS), Coupling should not be replaced -Anti-Surge valve should be checked for new condition -Company (Consult) shall have expirience in process compressor designed -Company (Consult) shall be capable and fully-equipped for gas - path design, performance estimation and rotor-dynamic calculatuions. -Company (Consult) shall be capable with mechanical detailed design and providing manufactoring/shop drawings. Company (Consult) shall attend commissioning start-up phase and shall guarantee the design which will meet full performance requirements. -In case of cooperation, NDA agreement shall be signed between the parties and all required data and site visit will be accessible for the Company (Consult). -In case of cooperation, the NDA will be signed between the Company (Consult) and the Iranian Company Turbine Machine m.e. Group, Tehran, Iran. -GEVA has attandet in May 2016 the Oil-and Gas Exhibition in Tehran and had been ask by Turbine Machine for help to find a German Company (Consult) to manage this task. |
